Airlie Wedding Sites This gallery features locations for weddings at Airlie Gardens. The Wedding page link has our contract and fee schedule to download. When you book a wedding at Airlie, you receive the site for your allotted time, a staff person with a five passenger golf cart starting 30 minutes before your rehearsal and 60 minutes before your wedding. You also have use of the bathrooms in the Garden Services Center. Airlie does not provide the tent, tables, chairs, trash cans, PA system or other rental equipment. We are also not wedding directors or planners. There are rental companies and planners who work in Airlie frequently and have good records for client satisfaction. We can provide you with their phone numbers; however all contracts between you and your vendors do not involve Airlie, and we do not officially recommend any vendors over other vendors. Airlie does recommend that you use a professional wedding planner, as holding a wedding and reception in Airlie is a logistically complicated event.
