Return Policy:
You may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All tickets, memberships and parking passes are non-refundable. Airlie Gardens will pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error, you must be able to confirm that you received an incorrect or defective item.
 We will only process returns and refunds for items directly purchased from and fulfilled by Airlie Gardens. If you just need to return an item, contact us via e-mail for instructions. All returns will need to have verification of purchase and approval before a credit is issued. Gifts certificate and coupons are non- refundable.

Shipping Policy:
All orders will be processed on the next business day whenever possible. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are included in the purchase price with the exception of certain returns (see Return Policy). We ship only NON-PERISHABLE ITEMS and only within the continental United States. Shipments are guaranteed to arrive in good condition anywhere in the continental United States.

Holiday and weekend ordering:
Airlie Gardens will process orders on the next business day. If placed on a New Hanover County observed holiday, they will be processed the day after the observed holiday (for a list of these holiday dates log on to nhcgov.com).
